Here's a simple FAQ to clear up some questions you might have 

 

-Where do you ship from?

I ship from the United States.

-Do you ship internationally?

Yes, the breakdown on shipping is as follows:

Continental US: within 5 days

Non-Continental US: within 26 days

International: anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks+

(please note that past the point of shipment, any of these timeframes are subject to delays totally out of my control. You will be provided with a tracking number to keep tabs on your order)

-When do you ship your orders?

I ship out my orders on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

-Can I edit my address after I submit my order?

PLEASE  double, maybe even TRIPLE check to make sure every bit of your address is correct before submitting your order. That includes the street name AND house number. Please also be sure to use a name that will be recognized at your address otherwise you run the risk of your package getting bounced.

IF YOUR ORDER GETS BOUNCED DUE TO YOU NOT CLAIMING IT AT YOUR MAILBOX OR DUE TO YOU GIVING ME A NAME THAT ISN'T RECOGNIZED AT YOUR RESIDENCE, YOU WILL HAVE TO RE-PAY FOR SHIPPING.

Please also be sure double check to make sure your email is correct on the order confirmation screen, otherwise contacting me about any mixups with your order will be impossible.

But yes, I can edit your address after you order as long as your order has not been shipped. If your order has been shipped already, I cannot edit your address. But please, take every step you can to avoid even needing to do this to garuntee you get your order as quickly and pain-free as possible.

-What’s the deal with VAT?

If you live in a country that has VAT (Value Added Tax), please understand that I do not collect VAT myself since I'm an independent seller. Therefore, you will be subject to paying the tax at an increased amount due of this. Please only purchase from my shop if this is okay with you.

-What is your refund policy?

All sales are final with no oppurtunity for a refund. However, I will replace any items that arrived damaged due to shipping if I have available stock.
